Don't know where to start?
ARGO accepts a very specific file format when uploading. You will have to upload a TSV file containing all required fields in order to successfully run the ranking algorithm. The required fields are shown below and will highlight red on the homepage if they are missing.
You don't need a full ARGO safe file, however. Feel free to use our RSID upload option and simply supply us with a list of common RSIDs, and then we'll do the rest! Just make sure that your home screen upload section says "Common RSID List" before you begin. We will autofill the rest of the required fields for you based on the IDs you provide and automatically rank them.
Once uploaded, you can view your aggregate ranked regions in the first table. Every subsequent table is Sequence, Elements, and Genes specific. Their respective filters will manipulate these tables and their contents if changed, which will then affect the aggregate ranks in the main table. Select your desired filters and explore the results!
